Product Overview
Cross-roller worktable is a limited linear motion guide unit with high precision, small size and high rigidity, which is installed between the worktable and the base with high precision machining.
Cross-roller table has FVRU type and ultra-small FVRT type, which are widely used in precision machines such as OA machines and their peripheral machines, various testers, printed circuit board openers, or slide seats of automatic lathes, tool grinding beds, internal grinding beds, small plane grinding beds, EDM machines, X-ray devices, etc.
Structure and Characteristics

Because the cross roller guide rail is installed between the worktable and the base which has been processed with high precision, the slide mechanism can be obtained with high precision by simply installing it with bolts where necessary.

Because the rollers with large rated load are installed together at a short pitch, it is formed to be able to bear heavy load and high.
- Various Methods of Use
Because the rollers are arranged perpendicular to each other, they can bear the loads acting on the workbench in all directions.
