The company independently develops linear crossed roller guides, crossed roller bearings, cages, and other precision transmission products, forming two major business segments: crossed roller guides and precision components. With over a decade of industry experience, Zhongtuo has evolved from a single-component manufacturer to a comprehensive service enterprise offering precision transmission solutions.
In the crossed roller guide segment, Zhongtuo has achieved full series coverage of four major types of linear crossed roller guides (MV, VR, N/O, etc.), crossed roller arc guides, and crossed roller bearings. The company possesses full-process production and processing capabilities, supporting the development and production of various non-standard products for bearings and structures. The company operates a 1,000-square-meter high-standard factory equipped with imported production and inspection equipment, ensuring strict quality control from raw materials to finished products.
The company has multiple R&D centers and has established joint laboratories with several universities, boasting a research team of over 20 people. Leveraging strong technical R&D capabilities and advanced manufacturing capabilities, the company has effectively reduced the production costs of linear crossed roller guides and bearings, significantly shortening delivery times. Currently, Zhongtuo’s products are widely used in robotics, aerospace equipment, CNC machine tools, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, precision mechanical automation control, and other fields.
