The Type MV/NO Linear Guideway adopts needle roller cage, which is suitable for heavy load applications.
MV/NO Cross Needle Roller Guide Rail
· M/V needle roller guide rail is similar to N/O, but its dimensions are different. Equipped with needle holder, especially suitable for higher load applications. M/V bearing has low motion resistance.
· N/O linear guide rail is equipped with needle cage, which is especially suitable for high load applications. N/O bearing has lower moving resistance due to our compound cage.”

Track and Surface Quality

· Fine grinding of supporting and/or positioning surfaces and tracks (90oV-profile)

Material (Standard)

· Rail is made of hard tool steel 1.2842 with hardness of 58-62 HRC.
· For non-corrosive guide rails, use tool steels 1.4034 and 1.4112.
· Rolling elements made of quenched roller bearing steel, with hardness of 58-64 HRC.
