ZOTIK-VR is a brass cross roller cage assembly designed for VR-type crossed roller guides and other finite-stroke precision linear guide systems. Precision bearing steel rollers are arranged alternately at right angles and retained individually by the brass cage.
The brass construction provides good wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Each roller pocket uses a four-tab retaining design to hold the roller securely and help maintain stable roller positioning during handling, installation and operation.

The cage incorporates four retaining tabs around each roller pocket. This structure holds the rollers securely while allowing each roller to rotate and contact the corresponding V-shaped raceway. The alternating roller arrangement is designed for high rigidity when installed in a correctly preloaded crossed roller guide system.
