For applications with special requirements, customized heat treatment processes are also available. After our special processing and heat treatment, the working surface hardness of the guideway can typically reach HRC 60 or higher.
Higher surface hardness helps improve wear resistance, rolling-contact durability, and long-term stability under repeated reciprocating motion.
HW-Type Right-Angle Needle Roller Cage
