ZT-PRC is a PA66 plastic roller cage assembly designed for the maintenance and replacement of roller bearing arrangements used in cranes and other industrial equipment. It can be used as an aftermarket replacement solution for selected Konecranes crane applications, subject to dimensional verification.
The cage is manufactured from PA66 nylon and is designed to separate, retain and guide the rollers during operation. The cylindrical needle rollers are manufactured from hardened bearing steel with a hardness of 61–63 HRC.
